Petrus
Original 255/65R17 Wranglers are worn out, looking for new tires which would fit 7" wide rims. One candidate is Goodrich All Terrain KO in size 265/70R17, which is 31.8" in diameter compared to about 30.1" of the originals. Will they fit a new model Pathfinder? And by the way, 16" rims do not fit European Pathfinders, even though they have those as an option, front brakes are too big (tried to fit my old 235/85R16:s with Nissan steel rims, no go). Petrus
Stick with your 17's a look into Toyo Open Country tires Thanks, did not help much, though. Max size, meaning diameter & width, please? Not the rim, but rubber. By the way, 16 inch steel rims do not fit European Pathfinders, front brakes are too big. Are those measurements similar to the stock rubbers on the R51? Here's the link: http://www.tiredeals4less.com/?CFID=779271...FTOKEN=31973003 Stock 255/65R17 is 30.2" in diameter, 255mm in width. BFG AT/KO at 265/70R17 is 31.8" and 256mm wide. USA model off-road version 265/75R16 is 1/6" smaller than those AT:s, so I went and ordered those All Terrains, only 2mm bigger radius than Nissa "offifial size", so they sill must fit. Thanks all.
