I have taken to just calling up his dealership during business hours and asking for him by name. Usually gets faster results.

Just spoke to Rob, he's fine, just said he's been very busy and he will try to get on here once in a while, was good to talk to him, told him I just wanted to make sure he was ok.

He's dead. He has to be, I called the dealer 4 times today trying to get a hold of Rob, and they all said "he has just stepped out". I think his co-workers murdered him!!!!

Or my luck is really that bad when trying to get a hold of him.

Either way, he needs to get back on here and livin' the place up with the dealer funnies he witnesses. Lol

I spoke to him today myself. Getting info on the fuel level sensor for the '04. He's doing good. Just been real busy. You can always say you need him to call you back, and leave your number. He will call back.

Well if he's dead I hope he did better that me.  When I died I was expecting six buddies and all I got was one guy with a refrigerator cart and a six pack.

Oh well hearing that from rebelord makes me just think that I have some SERIOUSLY bad timing. I'll try again today, and if I can't get ahold of him I'll just order what I need from his website.

I sent him an email too and he hasn't replied to that either.

Glad to hear Rob is ok, but i guess the question now is, is this thread dead? Im doing a VG33 swap to my '93 and want to make sure i have the correct parts... Problem is, i dont have the original vehicle VIN since this is supposed to be a JDM engine and i only have the serial # on the block... 😩 Not really sure what year it is even...

Motofish did you get everything put back together?

Haha, nope! In fact, I keep taking it farther apart... I keep saying "well since its already disassembled to this point, i may as well clean this, paint that..." etc. I hope to paint the block and heads this week and start reassembly. Im going slow and taking a lot of pictures of vg30 and vg33 components side by side to catalogue the differences for future reference. Anyway, it'll be back together soon!

Hey, thanks for asking! I gotta say, this forum is very fortunate to have a guy like you around! You go above and beyond for us pathy owners and I, for one, am deeply grateful! Just wanted to take this opportunity to let you know you're appreciated here!
