  1. I just have a very simple question. Are the bolt patterns on the bellhousings of a vg30e and de the same just the de has a mount on the side for a starter?
  2. Yeah I know I posted this two years ago but I am actually just now putting one in my R50. I had to grind down on some of the carrier to get the last cam in. But not a big deal. Also they didn't send a replacement pin with it so now I am waiting on that to get to my house by tomorrow I hope.
  3. Actually I have been running 35s for the last two seasons. Never had any issues. Only real reason I am gearing is because I tow a boat in the summer with 33s and I am planning on running 37s this year.
  4. Actually 5.14 gears are made for front and back. I just ordered them.
  5. I have the jdm projectors on mine and they are for sure glass
  6. The 1996 to 1999 pathfinder have glass. All qx4 have plastic because it's a different style of light. Why yours is different is strange. Can you post a picture of your truck?
  7. I'm going to have a front and back set of 4.636 soon. If your interested.
  8. So I run 35s with manual hubs. Also locked up front. Something I noticed recently is that the studs you bolt the hub to have broke. Looking for the part number or thread sizing to replace them with.
  9. I've got the vg33 on 35s. Does just fine. Not a speed demon but still
  10. Take me twenty minutes to swap one out. Ran all this last season on 35s and locked in the front. No slop in it still. If I replaced them once a year it's worth it.
  11. Get them from autozone. 60 a piece and lifetime warranty.
  12. I am trying to fix some cosmetics on my truck and my front bumper is kinda messed up. If anyone has one for a 1998 that would like to sell or something let me know please.
  13. Actually it is possible to fab a drop of one inch. I did it. Allows the use of strut spacers for more ground clearance.
  14. What kind of wheeling are you really wanting to do? If 35s are your goal you have 3 options. Sas swap. Lots of time and money. 2 inch lift and cutting the crap out of your fenders. And third 2 inch lift and the sfd.
  15. Have a set of those as side lights. Love them. Looks great!
  16. I have 15x10 wheels with a 3.67 bs. Running 35x12.5x15 bfg km2s. The reason I disagree with the top heavy comment is because of my setup. The wider you go the lower your center of gravity gets. Mine is either the same as stock or maybe even lower because of my width.
  17. First off a lot of the comments on this are strange to hear. Almost no of the information is true. More than a one inch spacer in the front is bad. If you want 35 then either cut your fenders or do the sub frame drop with the ac Springs. That's what I am running with 35s and room to spare. As for making it top heavy that is also wrong. Because my stance is at least 4 inches wider I am more stable than I used to be. I sit as high as a stock xterra does. But clear 35s. I run kyb struts and rancho rs9000 in the back. Have the 4 inch sfd, 2 inch ac lift, and a 1.5 spacer in the back to sit level. Still handles like stock. Love it.
  18. I have the ac springs in back and a 1.25 inch spacer. I didn't think of that when I ordered my airlift. But I did email the air lift company and there is a kit that is 3 inches taller for the exact same price. Part number 60810. I'll go get the new parts and see how well it works.
  19. Haha just bought this for mine since I tow a 19 foot boat.
  20. That's what the switch does normally. With those switches they turn off at the desired pressure. Which would make the switch open. Then the switch doesn't close the curcuit till 10 psi which turns on the pump till it once again reaches 32 psi and opens. Now another idea would be to put a pressure regulator I. The line so that it never goes above the pressure you want. Does your pump have an automatic off at say 100 or so?
