Sometimes it is (let's call if 'off" with 'off' being nothing works and warning lights on) 'off' when I crank the car, and none of the things mentioned will work. Then the gauges will start working and the warning lights will go out Sometimes this means all of the electronics will work, sometimes if you try to use the cruise, blinker, or power windows it will make everything go 'off' again and I have searched over the last few months and everything points to voltage regulator, which did NOT fix this

Does anyone know the location of a ground these all share? any hlep?
-
What do the battery light, temp gauge, tachometer, fuel gauge, turn signals, power windows, and cruise control have in common? Do they share a power feed or a ground? I just replaced my voltage regulator on the dash and that didn't make a difference. the tach normally works, but when you push a power window switch, turn signal, or press the cruise button it will often times bottom out the tach and the feature(window, cruise, etc) will not work. then sometimes (rarely) it all works fine
-
Any help? I'd like to do this today if possible
-
Why does my voltage regulator look different than the others I have seen online? I am trying to replace it and I am not sure if that circuit board is important or if the regulator just replaces it all

Does anyone make an adapter to run an Small Block Chevy with the Nissan manual transmission?

Didn't figure it added much

Does your oil capacity increase much with the single larger filte and hoses?

hypothetically speaking I have this friend... and he has an 88 Pathy. Let's say that the state he lives in does NOT require emissions testing and he wanted to install pipe or a glasspack where his catalytic converter is. If the O2 sensor is upstream, will it throw any codes? What diameter might the pipe be in that location?

I need a picture from anyone that have uncapped/removed their AIV and other junk on the driver's side. Mine is rusted to hell and i want it all gone

The actual bellhousing bolts are the ones that vary depending on the engine the transmission was originally attached to. T5s are fine for 4.3s and 305s. They were not available stock behind a 350 in a chevrolet vehicle, allegedly the 350 made too much torque for the T5. 5.0 Mustangs had a "World Class" T5 that was a little stronger than the one used in the Fbodys and S10s

2.8 5 speeds have the 60 degree chevrolet V6 bolt pattern. The 4.3 is a 90 degree v6 that uses the same pattern as a small block chevy. The only 5 speeds that will work with the 4.3 are the ones found on 4.3s or small blocks like the new venture or even the t-5s from camaros and trans ams (have to change tailshaft I think) I love my pathfinder but I had a 92 4.3 CPI Vortec Blazer and it was MUCH more powerful than my VG30i. 190 hp. the 160 hp 4.3 is the TBI engine. I'd love to have a CPI 4.3 in my pathy

You can go wheeling WITHOUT drinking!?!?! Just kidding. When we are camping, and out in a enclosed propery we do it. When I am in public areas, no.
