  1. lol in that case, get the fat ones! my old truck doesn't like that chocolate milk pit you guys plow through
  2. i voted for tall skinnies. we don't have many bottomless mudpits around here that the fat ones would work better for... except maybe grimsby
  3. careful with those 3" AC springs, one of them dented my shock when it was fully compressed, but I don't think it negatively affected it. just cosmetics. I liked the calmini rear coils; they were a comfortable ride, but could still hold lots of weight. just not as much as the AC 3" coils
  4. i think the indonesians and malaysians build WD21's all the way up to 2003
  5. yeah, you can probably get chrome lug nuts and center caps to dress them up a little like the first pic.
  6. i have one in Kitchener that I buy from 9 times 10. They are a great little shop to have close by.
  7. also, don't leave the ball in the receiver for extended periods of time without applying some grease. The ball mount will rust and seize itself in the receiver and it can me a major p.i.t.a. to separate them. Another tip, verify you are putting the hitch pin through the hole in the ball mount and not infront of it! Cross your safety chains underneath the trailer tongue in case the ball fails for whatever reason
  8. got his M1 license today :D

  9. hooo for a car it's a tossup between the Dino and a 904. If we had to pay for gas and repairs, i'll take the 904 For a truck, probably something like this mog. with a boat ontop of that trailer of course
  10. well i like mr 510's pic and it will beat mine, but wth here's my truck captured by pezzy!
  11. it's the first one in the how to section MAF Cleaning
  12. manual hubs make it easier since you can lock one side to allow you to get torque on the opposite side's axle nuts. There is a good thread on here somewhere that i will try to find
  13. 3 or 4 of them for sale around oregon right now http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.jsp?ct=u&car_id=291315346&dealer_id=63553297&car_year=2002&systime=&doors=&model=XTERRA&search_lang=en&start_year=1998&body_style=SUV&keywordsfyc=&keywordsrep=&highlightFirstMakeModel=&search_type=both&distance=200&min_price=&rdm=1302201293728&drive=4+wheel+drive&marketZipError=false&advanced=y&fuel=&keywords_display=&lastBeginningStartYear=1981&end_year=2004&showZipError=n&make2=&certified=&engine=&page_location=findacar%3A%3Aispsearchform&body_code=16&transmission=Manual&default_sort=mileageASC&max_mileage=&color=&address=97202&sort_type=mileageASC&max_price=&awsp=false&make=NISSAN&seller_type=b&num_records=25&cardist=153&standard=false"]2002 SC manual
  14. welcome, 306k that's a lot of enjoyment!
  15. way to make lemonade have you decided how you are going to do your tire carrier swing?
  16. is there a breather for it or something? im one of those chumps with an auto
  17. thoroughly wash the truck, then have a friend push the clutch while you're underneath so you can pinpoint the noise. come back and tell us where it's coming from
  18. Dowser, try Spaenaur, Brafasco or Fastenal They are the bigger hardware supply companies I can think of. They will definitely have what you're looking for, but at what price, i don't know...
  19. highly recommended if you haven't watched it yet
  20. if you aren't going take it on any crazy tight, technical trails, I would go for the LWB CC frontier with the larger box. You will appreciate the extra space for long stuff like skis, 1-piece fishing rods, building materials etc. If you're gonna do technical wheeling get the SWB CC frontier (4-foot box) the shorter wheelbase and length will help you negotiate those cool forest trails you Oregonians are blessed with.
  21. yep i had to change mine too, im at 10+ now. i've driven it about 175k kms since I got it still running pretty well, although it needs some more bodywork again
  22. damn that's a nice radio, i was thinking of ditching the cd player and going to those style HU's with USB and ipod instead let me know how you like it, it was between that kenwood and the alpine 305
