  1. Yeah it's a pain to get at Sent from my SM-G960U using Tapatalk
  2. Got everything all buttoned up and now runs smoothly. No more check engine light and a happy driver. But man ran into some issues first being the access to the passenger side upstream O2 sensor. I grabbed some extensions and swivels and broke it loose and managed to cram my arm in there and loosen it by hand. Installation was the reverse way. Next being as I was crying on the inside getting at the O2 sensor I noticed that my fan was being held on by a thread and like a revolution from blowing up lol. So I Amazon primed a new fan that's coming in 2 days. Lastly the passenger side VVT solenoid didnt come with a gasket so I made a emergency run to the dealership and snagged the last one in stock. 3. Haven't been here for awhile I'd say. Yes the pathy still runs and after cleaning the solenoids and having the code come up once again and clearing it one more time it hasn't came on for 300 miles so I think I'm in the good for the P0011 code. Now the only code its throwing is the P0152 and P0051 for the upstream O2 sensor on the passenger side. So I just bought Hitachi VVT solenoids because why not and hopefully dont have to deal with the code again and bought some Denso O2 sensors for both upstreams as I already replaced the 2 downstreams earlier. Sucky part for today is that I dont have access to my garage so I'm out in the street replacing the parts lol. It sucks forgetting a tool in the garage because you have to do the walk of shame and find out you forgot something else and gotta do it again. Sent from my SM-G960U using Tapatalk
  4. Yeah I lived there for 15 years and this was by far the most snow I have seen in the area and took advantage of it haha

  7. I have 2 OEM keys and on one of them it broke like yours. I just wrapped duct tape around it the key and poked a hole and ran the key ring through it. It doesnt look pretty but it worked for me for the past 6 months Sent from my SM-G960U using Tapatalk
  8. So after a fun week and a half on the road and about 3500 miles, the Pathy did get some problems, P0011 on like the first 160 miles in. I brought my scan tool along on the trip and just cleared it and it came on at inconsistent times such as 40 miles or 150 miles. So after getting back, I changed the oil and found a long piece of something in the filter, didn't seem like rtv as it didnt have the same feeling. I took the pan off as well and found lots of carbon chunks in the pan, not a pretty sight but probably from the drive of getting really hot and non stop driving cleaning the motor out. After that I took the VVT solenoids out and cleaned them and changed the diff fluids as well. Took it for a test drive and felt like I had power again and ran smoother. That was a couple days ago, now today the CEL came back on for the P0011 and a P0152, so the fun doesnt stop. I will be replacing the O2 sensors for the P0152 and getting new solenoids for the VVT, checking the oil pressure to make sure the galley gasket underneath the timing cover didnt blow and go from there. 22. I too was lucky enough to get on the PNW swinggate fest. Just like what@Stpickens said install was straight forward and that kits from Pines to Spines will make it a common mod for post face lifted R50's. Also different configurations for a license plate as well.@Stpickens had his mounted underneath the Jerry can holder and I had mine mounted off to the side with a plate relocation bracket that fits perfectly with the body lines of the R50. Also with the swinggate it helps makes things easier to haul and add on to a trip. Sent from my SM-G960U using Tapatalk
  23. Yup I'll be installing longer bump stops to prevent that and damaging the shock on full compression Sent from my SM-G960U using Tapatalk
  24. After they settled they ride very nice, you can tell its firmer than the OME and after they settled some they are softer than brand new. Sent from my SM-G960U using Tapatalk
  25. Suspension update: After having the LR 9449's on with my old shocks I found out that they were too short now. So I went ahead and bought some Bilstein 33-185569 5125's and man what a difference. I got so much more travel now and can actually flex and tuck a wheel now. Before the shock would pick up my wheel but now the wheel stays in contact with the ground. Sent from my SM-G960U using Tapatalk
