12.65V? Is that with our without the motor running? "A car alternator needs to be putting out at least 13-14 volts (ideally between 13.8 and 14.2 volts) to effectively charge a 12 volt car battery. If the alternator is putting out too much voltage (15+ volts), it is likely your battery acid will boil over out of the battery."

Had the fuel pump replaced with a Denso brand from Rockauto. Now I know how much gas I have again.

Just had my Bilstein shocks and struts installed on my 05. $307 parts (4wheelpart) and $235 labor. Can't really tell much difference. Wasn't bouncing before. Just turns seemed loose, and 4 people in the car was rough.

What are the hoses next to the oil filter? Looks like I night want to replace them sometime. P.S. Someone forgot to tell me to get a roll of shop rags when doing a oil change.

Replaced the front passenger side wheel bearing on my 2005 4WD. Easy compared to the Exploder the wife had.
-
So it is the wheel bearing. Hadn't noticed anything all week but they shop noticed it while changing the clutch fan. Replacing it in the morning.
-
New clutch fan installed at the dealer. Now she's nice and quiet. Next will be a front wheel bearing/hub

I don't think so. It hasn't don't it since Friday now. Since then I've drove to work and back (50 miles) and to town and back yesterday (40 miles).

Driving around today and suddenly I was getting a noise from the front that sounded like the traction control (abs) kicking in. I was only going a few mph at the time. By the time I was able to pull over it stopped. Later I was going around a curve and the sound came back. I stopped to see if the wheel well was loose but it wasn't. Any idea?

Trailer brake was my best guess. I didn't know they wired them up factory. But it does have the factory tow package. Cool. This forum doesn't seem to have much action. Any forums with more traffic?

Because your losing oil?

Looking under the dash to see where I can run my ODB2 reader. And I seen this wire connector just hanging there. Any idea what it is? Right in the middle

Standard SE 265/70 16 vs Off-Road SE 265/75 16? Does the standard have any trouble with the slightly taller tires? Looks like they (75) will be cheaper then the 70 size.
