1994, 4WD, XE, UPDATE: Running smooth...kinda! Transmission reverse has been out for about 3-4 years since I flipped it on its side. UPDATE 3/5/15 Plan of action:
So I just wanted to bleed the brakes, but I found the master cylinder was leaking, so I decided to get a new one. Then one of the brake line nut fittings wanted to strip to hell so I am working on that. I have the new cyclinder ready to go. Once I get that last one off I can install new one and bleed brakes. After that, I already have new valve cover gaskets for a very slow but annoying valve cover leak. After that, i will have the frame inspected for rust...I might do it myself but I would rather have another set of eyes looking too. After that, I will meet my maker and drop the transmission....depending on how much trouble that caused me i will decide whether to rebuild it myself or buy a remanufactured one....after that I would like to redo the exhaust system for dual exhaust...might need to replace the catalytic converter....after all that I will look into lift kits. Open to any tips/suggestions...
