  1. Another one here, in the undergrowth of Auckland. Originally Hamilton, or Scotland... depending how far back you want to go. just bought myself 2 d21's one vg30 manual for the bush the other td27t auto to tow the first one around. recently sold my mint d21 td27t to fund these two. will e looking for parts very soon so good to see more local ish peeps on here aswell as ORE.
  2. Yeah theres a few of us about, the local site OffRoadExpress has been incredibly handy, and covers all vehicles which is awesome, I like what you have all got going on here being specialised to what i'm driving/breaking now, Love these machines! they are more capable than i had expected and the list of mods that can and has been done on here are impresive. I can't wait to get really stuck into modding AAL and seeing where i can get it to go. So far i have put on a set of 31" A/T's, Snorkel, bull bars, wound up the fuel a bit, removed the overboost valve, sealed off the EGR, given the intake a good clean out, upgraded the bulbs (they were sh!t) replaced battery and alternator, wired up foglights, then smashed them, and plumbed the light washer pump to the windscreen washer switch. next step is EGT and boost gauges then tweak a bit more from the turbo and fuel pump, sort out my sagging springs and a winch, then who knows from there.....
  3. Hey, Names Aiden have used this site a couple of times for information and ideas, so thanks already I bought myself a TD27 WD21 for Christmas which has been lovingly dubbed BIG AAL due to the number plate. these photos are from a few days after the purchase, i will post more of it soon with what has been done already,
