  1. I have never had problems with my Jiffy Lube, granted my dad goes there and I go to a family and friend (Mr. Buckles) oil exchange right across the street. They both know my family very well, and have never had mistakes or over payed for unneeded work. We've even got shop coupons for half to 3/4 off trans. or diff. oil flush and change. Now I have had problems with walmart, as we needed it done then and there. They forgot to put oil in it.....really, thats your job. But I check every time I get it done so nothing happened. I would walk in and just give him a little bit of a ruffing. Where did he put your UCA bushings anyway? Aren't those made to fit those and those alone.
  2. Has never worked for me but today it did. Seems easy enough when it works. Just click add and poof, done.
  3. I had the same problem. I ended up just rewiring them.
  4. Welcome. Give it a bit of love and time, this thing will get you anywhere you ask. We love pic's, so don't hold back.
  5. The guy didn't like to take suggestions or our answers. All we did was give him our thoughts, but oh lordy no, he know what was wrong. Its just a guessing game to whoever hits it right.
  6. Way to dig up a 2008 board. Ive never seen that vid, looks sweet. As for the light's I have no clue. Almost look like PROcomp, or IPF because of the white lens cover.
  7. That track is useless. When is Whistler last summer, they had a track for the 2013 Ruby, Cherokee, and Wrangler. It had mogul's, a 30 deg. climb, rocks the size of the tires and a tilt area. It seemed lame but it is way better than this. At least you got to hit the skid plates with the jeep.
  8. http://www.youtube.com/user/TheStorm79?feature=watch Came across these guys not to long ago and was wondering if any of you have seen or met with these guys. I can see a few Patrols but no Pathfinders. Sure would like to see some, if you guys are anywhere close to them.
  9. My neighbors have mean dogs also. I hate it when my dogs get loose because the neighbor has shot other dogs for being out of their yards. They are not really good dog owners and have them just for protection. They have no social life and scare the crude out of me when im walking. My dogs on the other hand are pretty big, but are wimps. they will run to play with other dogs but the second it barks or the owner comes close they run away. They bark and snarl but when you turn towards them they run. I feel your loss, I hated it when my very first dog died. They are our kids not just pets.
  10. I like the string of lakes up there. I was in Randle last summer. Drove from there to the lake and everywhere in between up to Walupt. Spent two tanks just exploring, but I do have the small tank. It has to be one of my favorite spots for exploring and scenery.
  11. Not hard to get it off with out cutting. just loosen the tension pulley thing, drop it around the fan. Then take of the front of the power steering pump, and pull the belt around everything. Took like 30 min, but can be done faster as im slow. Im thinking that, if I get a new ac compressor, ill rip the ac piping out and turn the pump into a air compressor. Ive seen it done and think it sounds cool.
  12. My AC compressor went bad before I got the truck, but it was still there. The pulley started to screech very loudly, and as I don't use the ac, I took the belt off. Now my engine is quiet again.
  13. Woot Woot, what a game. I wanted a black out but they needed a touchdown also.
  14. This was Mt. Adams last summer. Ignore the fat kid, that was me before the military got hold of me.
  15. Well decided to check this today. Some of you might remember a mouse problem I had, from last summer. Well it seems I found another nest in the far corner of the box. I got the nest out and was surprised that there was very little in it(mice might have move it). I can still smell mouse tho. I know their smell from both my rig's and if I smell it stronger. The hunt is on. I HATE them.
  16. The hard body is leaf sprung, as the site shows. Our pathfinders use coils, if you go take a look under the car. You will need to get the coils separate. The RC it is a deal with the uca's and shocks included for 339 vs. the from AC for ~400, IIRC, when you get shocks and UCA's. An yes sus. lifts are easy if your are good with tools.
  17. Im not sure about the r50's but the frame of the early path's love salt back there(rust). The vg model's are great engines, almost bullet proof. Trans and drive line should be fine.
  18. From my area I can see the tip of Baker, almost to Rainier. Its cool when its a clear day and no smog from the freeway blocking it.
  19. Wahoo military money. Its upgrade time

  20. What is the thing over the headlight? Almost looks like the mirrors for the 240's, but its missing one.
  21. The coils I hear take the longest to put in. You don't need spring compressors, but they help.
  22. Rough Country Hardbody lift for the UCA's and shocks(really good deal), then go get JGC coils. Or 4x4parts 100 bucks for 2 inch lift coils.
