  1. the d21 and the d22 are almost identical in every way so i couldnt see why it would be i just speak from putting wheels off a frontier onto my hardbody and then on to my 99.5 while my procomps got mounted
  2. i have a question since everyone says that the ac lift springs are the same demension springs with a higher spring rate does anyone know the spring rate of the ac coils or the specs on and deminsons on our springs as well
  3. u can fit a 15in rim if it has the right back space on a 99.5 plus may need a spacer for the front. Titan and armada wheels will fit if u have the hub bored out frontier and xterra wheels will fit if u get 98 to 04 i believe if there an 05 to present they wont fit because there 6x114 lug pattern
  4. titan and armada wheels will work if u bore out the hub not to hard most wheel repair shops can do this for like a 100bucks if u get to newer frontiers and xterras i know they change to 6x114
  5. wow thats alot of smd mine are 16smd and there like stupid bright also have a set of blue ones i had that looked funny in the r50 but im gonna be selling my foglights one day as im gonna get the factory delets for them.
  6. the hub bore should be the same size as wd21 to r50 cause its the same size as my hardbody and i cant confirm if the wheels were stock the looked like crappy steelies but my friend said they came with his truck and cant verify from a truck from 1985 if it actuallty came with it lol
  7. if u go by a halogen bulb u wanna go by the wattage if u go by led obviously the watage will be alot different because they use less power and if your ordering hids then u order it by color when u order it in what temp u want i.e 3000k amber yellow or 16k horribly bright purple. camelfilter im surprised that with vleds kit there stuff is usually hifgh quality those are the only place i buy my gauge cluster leds from i cant believe anything from them would go bad at all.
  8. yeah thats what i feared would happen mine were really close when u looked between the springs and thats why i knew it would work for me
  9. i had wheels of an old k5 blazer that fit. it had manual hubs and junk so i couldnt confirm that it was the standard hub bore for it any clarifacation on that i would love to know just to be sure
  10. just search 6x5.5 or 6x139 on craigslist any japanese suv or truck with 6 lug will fit. Now the thing about gmc is some have a bigger hub bore and the newer wheels have to be bored out found out the hard way with esclade wheels but the lug pattern is all the same.
  11. no problem and i would try putting them at the bottom first since your springs should have no sag
  12. importing a car in the states has to be a min of 25 years to be registered the easiest way u can get it sent over in boxes as a kit car or the whole thing and have it as a pure track vehicle also works.
  13. Okay got around to trying this today and it seems as if there is to much space between the coil that when they compress it wont actually hit the spacer it just kinda loosly fits maybe i can disasemble the strut and have them put at the top of the strut mount but thats all i got. for the rear i put them in between the coils i have really bad sag so i think that made the biggest difference i think empty v had his at the bottom with the same result but i didnt actually use a mr gasket spacer i went to autozone got a coil spring booster kit $5 for each and just slid it in same thing and made out of good rubber just half the cost two months in and no complaints.
  14. im not on expo i just lurk i want to make one but between my military and family life i havent been able to do as many trips as i would like to dont think ill fit in on expo that much im more of a builder
  15. wow 2in lower thats alot rember looking at your pics on expedition portal and it looked perfect i know mine sits about 1/14 inches lower because my springs are sagging just want to point out though my springs only have 8k on them from when the factory installed them.
  16. kyb gr-2 and excel g should be the same strut baised on there website they are a good shock but personally think there a lil soft.
  17. i can take one for u when i get home it just sits slightly lower in the front like .74 inch in the rear higher with the oem springs if u look at empty v qx4 on nico club hes been usin them for years on lift coils
  18. yeah ive just never seen it on a mcpheson strut before but so far there good in the rear
  19. So i know that u can put the mr.gasket in spacer in the rear withouht much trouble and have seen nico members use them for just a lil boost and hae tried it myself. But has anyone Ever seen these on the front or forsee any problems with using them in our front suspension just was think of an idea to give a lil boost to the front any one with excperience please chime in cause i cant see anything wrong buuttttt i have been wrong in the past.
  20. ohhhh now those are pics i would like to see i rode in the only x90 imported into the us at the time i fing loved it such a solid car compared to the mx83 i want another had three i loved like i had kids
  21. I love that so much i miss drifitng all be it im a toyota guy when it comes to cars i miss my old x chassis nothing like going around a track sideways and then having enough room to have all your gear in as well
  22. i have 255 70 r16 rubs only on full lock in reverse turned to right only? but it didnt do that on stock wheels only when i switched to the pro comps and skyline i hate u purely out of jealousy
  23. absolutly dont tint the bulb tint the housing is fine wont low any light output and can actually make the light more noticable inside and outside the car
