  1. Thanks guys I got it. All went fairly well. Drove it all evening with no issues. Once again thanks for all the help and advice.
  2. Thanks I went and found a clean one. It was almost too simple. It was all metal unlike the one in mine in which the plastic upper was cracked. I could have gotten a New one but it would of taken a few days and I need it fixed today. Plus I do like going to dig around at the pickapart yard anyway. I appreciate the reply. Its good to have this forum to come too.
  3. Thank you all for the intro. Things are good for me now its been a long 4 years but I am in a great place now. I look forward to learning more and participating on here more.
  4. I am heading to local pickapart this morning to pull on so that should help familiarize me to getting mine out bit are there anything I should know in advance. Also if some one could enlighten me on the proper way to refill and amount of fluid needed that would be great. I am capable enough and usually dive head first into my repairs. I would buy a Haynes and plan on it but being just after Christmas I had to borrow the funds for the radiator and fluids . I just want to be sure there is nothing out of the ordinary I need to know about. Thanks guys.
  5. Well I am from Clinton, OK. I work for the Department of Transportation. I have been reading on here on and off for the last couple of years learned alot so I would like to start with a thanks to those that take the time to help others out on here. I drive a 1990 Nissan Pathfinder with over 200,000 miles. Started out my 3rd weekend warrior toy, has since due to divorce, evil ex, and bankruptcy lol became my one and only car. Only paid 400 buck for it about 3 years ago. Replaced throttle cable and alternator. Now the radiator is cracked. But I cannot complain. I will post in the correct folder with questions concerning replacing the radiator. Anyway nice to be here.
