  1. thanks, I'll check that out, so if its cut somewhere and not hooked up to the sensor, maybye its grounding out somnewhere and thats why the lights coming on?
  2. so i just droped my engine back in to my 93, oil pressure light came on after driving it for a while. i look under the hood and see that there is nothing connected to the sending unit. i had some other people helpin me out on it, so i dont remeber where the connection came from. I can't find a loose wire anywhere, just don't get it. can anyone help me out and give me a better idea of where it should be coming from, the harness? the chassis?
  3. trying to pull the motor in my 93 4x4, followed instructions in the Hayne's manual and droped the diff so it rests on the crossmember...still not enough clearance. wondering if i remove drive shafts and get the transmission loose, can i move it back enough to get the engine out without actually droping the trans? trying to avoid messing with linkage, torsion bars....ect. does anyone have some good advice for me?
  4. i'm pulling the engine in my 93 4x4 and was wondering if anyone could give me some good advice. i tried to drop the diff according to my Hayne's manual but it does'nt give me the clearance i need. can i possibly just slide the tranny back enough without actually having to drop it to be able to pull the motor?

yes but it's not easy you need to move tranny and transfer case as a whole and remove the d/l's, but it not nessesary
