I thought that this was interesting enough to share. I wonder how many "takes" it took to compile this vid?

The Newly Lifted Pathfinder
devonianwalk replied to SpeedyGreeney's topic in 96-2004 R50 Pathfinders
Keen eye on the wheel weights. At least they are black. I had to hand paint all of mine (31x10.5x15") with black touch-up paint from my Miata. Looks really good though. I must get those tires!! -
What has two thumbs, a 96 pathy and is new? *This Guy*
devonianwalk replied to kharma1425's topic in New People Start Here!
Nice intro Kharma. I'm definitely looking forward to the pics. Welcome to the NPORA family. -
^^^ same here. I has to read that title twice before holding my breath to click it.

Make sure to spring for the "off road" package. Hey, at least you are keeping it in the family. The WD guys hate(d) the R50's at first. Now they want our power plants.

.. thought I was the only Perv on these boards!

Our local recycling centers have special bins for used oil filters and bottles. I always toss mine in the correct place. Then, I go home and kill mother earth with harsh chemicals to keep the weeds growing around my well pump.

Found a fantastic QX4, I am in LOVE!
devonianwalk replied to gv280z's topic in 96-2004 R50 Pathfinders
There is a local add for an '03 Q that is asking $7,500. I think that is a good deal you found there! .... wait a minute .... Danger is licking your hair? Are you at work or did you take Danger home with you?? -
Gretting from Panama (Central America) R50.
devonianwalk replied to svar's topic in New People Start Here!
Wow! Your Pathy is so clean!!! Time to get her dirty -
Ahh ... a new member that does his homework. It seems that you have found a diamond in the rough. Welcome to NPORA.

Sa-weet!! I'm up there in age (a little) enough to appreciate that acquisition, albeit, I lack the funds for that prestigious kind of bling. Got any pics like to share?
-
Nice! (You're showing your age a little )

Where in the hell is the rear diff fill plug?
devonianwalk replied to headpeace's topic in 2005-2012 R51 Pathfinders
This is usually where I admit to drinking too many cold ones. -
At least they didn't just twist them together and use electrical tape.
-
Ha! Ha! I am a bit of a super car fanatic but, couldn't remember the requirements. Those decade monuments that the Scuderia in Monticello let out into the public are real gems. I'll take mine in "arrest me" red please!

I don't know.. I think Ferrari made potential Enzo owners reqire to have owned "x" amount of Ferrari's before they were eligible. How many Sentra's should one own before being eligible before owning such Nippo gold?

Double check the "tail light" fuse. That is usually the culprit fuse as the dash lights are tied into that circuit.

Does 4.0 make a whining noise from the engine? Heres why
devonianwalk replied to byob's topic in 2005-2012 R51 Pathfinders
$1,200? Dang. -
I agree ... Danger has some big feet to grow into. Kudo's on bringing him in with a busy day.

Changing transfer fluid... turkey baster?
devonianwalk replied to Slartibartfast's topic in The Garage
I use the el'cheapo transfer pump to drain the diffs and the one liter bottle with a twenty four inch length of vacuum hose to refill. It takes time but, it's not really too bad. -
What did you do to your Pathfinder today?
devonianwalk replied to RedRider3141's topic in The Garage
Used it to drag my Jeep project to a friends house to weld the spider gears in the rear axle. I do get funny looks when I'm towing a big lifted Jeep with a tough little Japanese SUV. -
t belt whining, will go away right ?
devonianwalk replied to stabworthy's topic in 90-95 WD21 Pathfinders
Mine had a fairly audible whine that went away after a couple of weeks of regular driving. They should put a notice/warning ticket for this in the original timing belt packaging. -
2003 taillight swaped into my 97
devonianwalk replied to thorpe991's topic in 96-2004 R50 Pathfinders
It does look good. I noticed the matte red trim on mine as well. -
Welcome to NPORA Russell! My Pathy was my introduction into the wonderful world of off-roading as well. This place is a fantastic wealth of knowledge about our rigs and a friendly bunch to deal with to boot.
