Up for Sale is my R3M Turbo diesel Automatic. It had the injector pump overhauled about 6 months ago and it is still under workshop warranty. I have receipts for the overhaul and some other work that has been done to the car over the past few years. I have also installed a snorkel and have a set of good spotlights to go with it but are not on the car. It has done 287 000 kms but that is mostly country driving as it was owned by my step-mum(for 8 years) who used to drive from Bunbury to Perth twice a week. It will need a new set of tyres soon but a second hand set of wheels and tyres can always be chased down of gumtree or in the quokka.(I have seen sets for $200-$300) Main reason for selling is that i need something more powerful for towing and the spare wheel gets in the way when i hook my boat on. I will take $3200 ono for it with 6 months rego on it. I think it is a good price considering I have spent about $2000 on it the last 6 months.

I finally managed to take the new money pit for a run along Whitehills last weekend. It Impressed me. Went better then my Old Mans '03 Courier. Just wondering what type of fuel economy i should expect? Think it might be running rich. Only getting 450km a tank(hoping for 600+). I recently had the injector pump overhauled.$$$

Also will 31's fit on without a lift kit? (looking for a set of sunraiysa's with some tyres for it)

Thanks for the advice everyone. Will try all of the above. I suppose a lot of cars would struggle in 38*C+ temps.

Up in Riverton. I think I bought a nudge bar off you via gumtree. It just seems to struggle on the warmer days and with the humidity at the moment(I got the the car mainly to hit the beach) . The cooling system is getting flushed this week. I was thinking a scoop might help at least more cool air would be moving around the engine bay.

G'day all, just wondering if anyone out there has any tips or advice to help my R3m from almost overheating... A 10 minute drive on a hot day and the temperature gauge is up to about 3/4. Is an inter-cooler the only answer as they can be expensive?
