  1. Couple of weeks ago it was -12F here. Cracked both of my heated side mirrors. Cold enough for me. I'm from Arizona.
  2. Correct, you can go faster (and I have), but the transfer gearing really starts to whine. It's not a engine RPM problem, but a low range gear RPM limitation.
  3. Where were you? I'm in town, but the pathy is in CO
  4. I just did this recently - didn't have a vacuum though. I so just removed the resister, pulled as much as I could out by hand and then put the blower on high .
  5. Your neighbor can't see a 20HP gain when its parked out front each night... they can see a body kit
  6. Not my local one, but a online site: http://www.factorynissanparts.com/parts/index.cfm?searchText=2407940F00&make=Nissan&action=oePartSearch&siteid=214081
  7. Installed pics: That extra wire hanging off (black with silver stripes) is the extra ground. Its about 24" long, which is way too long, but I just attached it to the the alarm ground.
  8. yeah, but I've seen that not work as well heh. I go to the JY Semi regularily - I'll just keep looking for black ones.... There were two trucks with them, and both had their passanger side mirrors broken off heh.
  9. So. I swapped mirrors today and completely failed to take pictures. Took me under an hour. However my existing mirrors were heated. My thoughts on the cracking - the evening I came back I had the defrost on and it was -XXF out, turned the truck off, they got cold too fast and cracked the glass.
  10. They made a huge amount of them for the west. no need for 4wd unless your wheeling.
  11. Those are some serious chains! I have been looking - Where I am tractor trailers are required to have chains, but as long as you are 4wd, the PO will let you cross the passes..... I probably should get some cables though...
  12. I run my BFG A/T's. They are typically M+S rated, except for 33x12.5 and above due to floating issues (aka they are too wide). Seem to work really well.
  13. so went junking. Plenty of Heated Chrome mirrors about. I don't do chrome. My shiny MB alloy wheels are plenty of bling. So I ended up with a heated driver side mirror and a non heated passenger(black...er faded plastic that was formerly black)... I'm guessing the driver one wont work until I replace the passenger (circuit wont be complete?) but we'll see! I'll install tomorrow. Also found some what i think were heated leather seats but they were absolutely shredded. I saw some unusual wires underneath them though. was there a heated seat switch or did those come on with defrost as well? the dash and console were already yanked.
  14. Busy Day on the 94 SE. installed JY AC blower motor. Installed JYResister motor control blew out the TON OF LEAVES in the blower box...using the blower. My interior is now covered in leaves lol. Installed JY12v port that hopefully wont fall out all the time installed JY passanger kick plate cover installed JY rear wiper arm picked up 1 heated power mirror(Driver) and 1 unheated power mirror(passanger) to replace the cracked one.
  15. I had 285/75R16's on mine for awhile, its basically 11.5" inch wide. Rubbed a helluva lot less then my 12.5's. But these look alot better
  16. Wait. Heated seats? Tell me more. I'm an AZ dude, in an AZ pathy, in Colorado. I'll take every electrical warming device I can get in this thing.
  17. http://www.courtesyparts.com/55501-arm-assy-rear-suspensionrh-pathfinder-r51-2005-2010-p-568621.html Looks like its a single unit to me.
  18. 2006 is R51 in the US at least, which is IRS. it doesn't have a solid axle with bushings. Honestly it sounds right to me - probably one piece will chime in here in a bit...
  19. Yes. Much much quieter, way better road manners, less rear leg room, better fuel economy. I sadly have driven WD21, WD22, R50, D40, R51, and now back to a WD21 LOL
  20. Dude, I dont know. The manifold had at least 10-15 little air hoses coming off of it, and half of them of course were cracked since it was 80's rubber. Door locks never did run right...
  21. Pathfinder is R, Xterra is N, Frontier is D. Whats Murano?
  22. Looks like Friday is my Junkyard day. Need a blower motor, mine froze up last week. Rough week for no heat. Tranny hasnt been acting up at all which is also very interesting. I'll take pictures.
  23. When your bored go take a look at the vacuum operated door lock system.....my buddies was a diesel so they installed a vacuum pump
