  1. Everything was torqued down to spec and double checked on my work. I don't hear any rattle either. It's been cold out so I'll check to see if a lca is bent ?? or something
  2. Hey Guys, so I installed new struts/springs/mounts and sway bar links on the R50 and now when I engage 4-HI it pulls to the left. In 2-HI it drives just fine. Any ideas of what could be the issue? Thanks
  3. That would be funny ! another angle of the same shot, better?

  5. Hey guys as title states, my rear wiper once activated wont stop unless I remove the fuse in the fusebox, I took the switch out and cleaned it up and nothing, thing is when I remove the fuse the wiper stays in the 'on' position/resting on the glass and doesnt return to its base pn the door. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks
  6. Hey guys, after installing the T.belt went to start it and it starts rough. Think it jumped 1-2 teeth. I read somewhere that I have to loosen up the cams bolts to install then New belt? I removed the old belt and installed the new one without moving the cams and crank. So I imagine the timing is off. If I take the t-belt off again and move the cams/ timing marks on the cams (punched) to the ones on the cover behind them and then move the crank will that bend any valves? Or will I be ok? How would I find TDC on the crank? Ive done this job on I-4s never on V6s Sorry and thanks Sent from my ST25a using Tapatalk 2
  7. 14053M ? Is this the pipe that come out of the thermostat housing to the bottom hose of the radiator? I really need one badly and cant find anything online. Do any of you guys know where I could get one new? Or what have you guys done ? Thanks.
  8. Hey guys, any idea what seals or o-rings go here? Part # ? As I have a very big puddle under the truck, any idea where to buy them?. Thanks
  9. Thanks Kyle.. the hood, fenders and lights/grille were saved... what ended up cracked/broken was the front bumper and the left trim under the left headlight... he was in luck... new shock/strut and tierods/control arm. And ofcourse, I'm glad to help if anything.. let me know....
  10. I'll see if I could take a back pic of ti as its not possible to see the difference from the front if its a "older" one... from the rear end you could due to the bumper and taillights...
  11. I'll see if I could take some recent pics of it later on today because the pics that I have of it right now are from another front end hit... he likes hitting things, but this time some dude ate the red light and hit him on the side...
  12. The Brake fluid is full i pushed the inside bobber down and it floats back up..And the hand brake switch is good. the cable is working great as I pull it and it only clicks 3-4 times and it locks up and no scoring sounds when I brake.. I disconn. the cable plug on the master cyl. up front and conn. again , and did the same under the trucks RHD side . Still the same....
  13. I got somethings mixed up...The thing is that when We were doing the face lift , when we went to buy the parts we noticed that the parts of the face lift were going to come out cheaper than buying the original. And how he wanted the facelift we went ahead and got the hood, grill, lights, bumper and bumper bar. The over fenders we left the originals . Everything bolted on. We took a day to do it due to the fact that he had a front end impact and had to pull some things. but after that everything went smoothly. Hope that helps.
  14. Hey guys how do I turn them off or reset the system? I've disconnected the plugs under the truck of the ABS system and have disc. the baterry aswell...they stay lit up when I reconnect everything.... The truck brakes fine, And the handbrake light is noticable when you pull it up as it shines more when the hand brake is up and dims down a little when down. Now how do I reset the system to turn them off? Thanks.
  15. fenders are the same... OVERfenders are not.. the newer ones are more rounder or more close to the body they dont "pop" out that much and i believe they have a little rubber lip around it between the overfender and body
  16. Hey guys its easy to do the swap... My friend and I did the swap with no problem at all... just buy the parts and swap them out. We changed the hood (has the buldge) front bumper grille and headlights with side markers. IIRC you have to change the bumper bar aswell.. everything went staright on. no welding no nothing. hope that helps
  17. Just looked at my 92, under the blockoff plate and the plug is there, installed the switch nothing happened. Now gotta install the rear motor/actuator and look around the quarter panel to see what else im missing.
  18. I've actually have thought about it, Y'know keeping it. But Having 2 trucks its gonna be a little had on the wallet. Gas prices here are at the moment 92cents the quart, and the govenor said that gas prices will go up in the next two months by 300% so... that really sucks. Being that his is a 3 speed Aut. I'll be better off getting a 5speed Man. trans right?
  19. "Nissan dealer. >.> <.< Not sure if I still trust them..." Not Nissan but Mazda dealer, Had taken my gramps 03 Protege for an oil change, 3hrs later while he was driving back home the oil filter became/was loose. Engine shut off alone, was completely drained. Towed the car back home, refilled with fresh oil and new filter. Turned car on, engine was stuffed. Called the dealer told them what happened, they told me to take the car in, they payed for the towing and the complete engine overhaul. They fired the tech. Since then, I've done the oil changes myself, and gramps has been happy.
  20. My 91 aut. trans is working great. So...let me know
  21. Hey guys, My uncle decided that he's going to junk his 88, now what I want to do is take his 4x4 components and put it on my 91 2wd, I assume everything is bolt on, right? having both of them next to each other. And knowing that his trans. is buggered out..well I'd need a good trans to connect his transfer to. Is it possible? I know that the 4x4 system is in good conditions as I've driven it and it engages smoothly and everything. Just that his trans is stuffed and he doesnt want to work on the truck anylonger... it really sucks thinking/knowing that he wants to trash it.
