  1. I'd also like to to know .......
  2. I bought the eBay ones. I coated them with anti rust paint on the backs before installing them ....which was a major PITA. And then, one winter later ...starting to rust already!
  3. SAAA-WEEEET!! It worked! Well the clips need to be pry'd out a little bit toun 'clip' them ....and then it just slides off. Thanks a MILLION buddy!
  4. hahah okay dude, I'll put some more elbow greese into it and let you know. Thanks for the quick responce!
  5. Hey, I'm in the process of replacing the chrome 'bumper ends' on my '99 SE, and I'm taking the whole front bumper off to do it (I was told that's what you have to do). Now, ALL the bolts have been removed and it's just sort of dangling there held on by a plastic clip on each side. Now, it looks exaactly the same as the diagram below does, but it just WON'T come off. I've yanked on it as hard as I can and it just shakes the whole suv. Does anyone have any idea why these two stupid clips are giving me such a hard time? Also, I'm stuck here right now, and I need the vehicle tomorrow morning ...but I'm not putting it back together without getting it off and putting the new ends on. HELLLLLPPPPPP ....oh yeah, here's a pic.
  6. My '99 SE's (96-99 R50) logo were just tape. Both the 'SE' and the Nissan logo.
  7. 31's on your se with no problems? Awesome. What tire, and what size exactly? Any pictures?
  8. Awesome guys. But yeha, I have the 96-99 R50, and I'm only replacing the two front chrome peices. I almost figured you had to take the whole bumper off, but I was hoping you guys would know and easier way. If anyone knows how to do it, hit me up! Thanks again!

    Skyjacker shocks

Struts and shocks don't lift your pathy, the springs/coils do. It's probobly saying they can handle a 2"-4" lift.
  10. Hey, I just got a few replacement bumper ends for my '99 SE, and I have no idea how to get the old ones off to put the new ones on. I searched but I couldn't find anything. Anyone wanna help me out?
  11. Hey, from kingston here ...'99 SE here. If anyone knows any good spots around here, let me know!
  12. So what about the three bottons on the shifter console, and the things in between the shifter and those three buttons?
  13. ME too ^^^ ...and I'm curious to know what's invoved in a 99.5+ upgrade, so keep me (us) updated!
  14. Thanks so much everyone, and damn, someone hook me up with the folding mirrors. A RHD Pathfinder would be sick too!
  15. Hey, well I just picked up this '99 SE and so far I love it. But when I bought it I was told it was 'fully loaded' ...and so these 'missing buttons' are starting to bug me. There are 2 between the rear wiper switch and the seat heaters, and then there are 3 more down in front of the shifter ...any ideas on what these are for? Also, what's the thing in front of the bottom few blank buttons for? Here's a picture for clarification! Thanks!
