  1. same thing used to happen to my 98 all the time but i replaced the gas cap and it hasn't happened since.
  2. yeah i guess they're sorta like that. did you switch that yourself? it looks cool
  3. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...&category=33677 don't think they'll work for me, but maybe someone else
  4. oh well...guess i'll have to find something else to do. ive got an itch.
  5. whats up everybody...im thinking id like to get some halo gauges for the Pathfinder and i was wondering if anyone has made this change before and how difficult it is to do. sorry if this has been a topic before this was a spur of the moment post
  6. don't mean to change the subject but since you're talking about cats...does anyone have, or has anyone seen, the video clip of the cat grabbing hold of the ceiling fan and getting whirled around and then tossed into the wall (sorta like k9sar's clip)? i hate to laugh but it's pretty funny.
  7. im sure everyone is done reading this topic but i have to add my two cents. in heavy rotation in my cd player are: -THE WHITE STRIPES(for those of you who haven't given them a chance, try listening to their second album De Stijl, it should make you a fan) -LED ZEPPELIN  -BLACK SABBATH (so evil) -PHISH -DMB -GRATEFUL DEAD -DYLAN -MARLEY -HENDRIX ok that list could go on and on but i love my music and it just sounds so darn good with the windows down coming from that bose system and my six little speakers.
  8. on my 98 underneath the front turn signals there are two open spots that on newer pathys it looks as if they've put fog lights in. ive got factory fog lights in between the turn signals but i was wondering if there was any function to these sort of insets if there is nothing there already? any options?
  9. thanks for the idea, i checked them out but for just a few bucks more i can get those bridgestone a/t's and i think it might be worth it.
  10. hey that's awsome man, you're a pathy genius  . now i'll i gotta do is hit up ebay for a new remote. thanks again
  11. sweeet thats what i like to hear, i think im gonna go ahead and get them. p.s. dj, your pathy looks pretty darn sick man
  12. i have a 98 Pathfinder and havent done much with it yet but one of the first things im looking to do is put new tires on the sucker. im really interested in getting the bridgestone dueler a/t revo's with UNI-T AQ II and ive read nothing but good stuff about them and was just wondering if anyone can give an opinion
  13. hey thanks for the info. can't wait to look into those options.
  14. hey yall im new to this site and excited about talking with everyone. i own a 98 Pathfinder LE with just over 43K miles on it. ive got the six speaker bose audio, leather, sunroof, running boards, alloy wheels, and all that. ive never taken it off road but i really, really, really want to and am almost scared to because i love this ride so much. anyway, ive still got the 235 tires that came with it and i just don't think they'll cut it for any tough rootin. right now i don't really have the money for a suspension lift and can't a find body lift for it. i think what i'd really like to do is get some bigger tires, economically i think this is my best option, but i don't know how big i can go without any lift (maybe just to 265?). yall let me know what you think and i look foward to gettin to know everybody.
