my frame is rotting in the rear where i would weld the hitch to. the frame above rear wheels was repaired by the last owner.

i will come to Canada, its 450 miles away but this rot scares the @!*% out of me so its totally worth it. the only thing is i dont have a passport. do i need one?

also i know you said you checked your fuses but check the one for your gauges. mine went on me and thats what happened.

i fixed that already

also i will be buying a brand new welder for this project so who ever wants this job, i will let them keep the welder once there done

where is he from and why shouldnt i let him drive it lol

i will take pics tomorrow, and i will pay anyone on this board who knows how to tackle this job. i really am willing to travle pretty far. i need this truck to last and a rotting frame is not what im looking for when i just did my timing belt and put 4 brand new tires on and about $600 worth of other stuff.

hey, I was looking to install a class 2 hitch on my truck and i noticed my rear frame is completely rotted away. I do not know what to do. where could i bring it to have it repaired? is there anyone on the board who wants to help me out and i can pay them by the hour and ill be helping out too. please let me know im willing to travel. thank you in advance! ok so what happened was that i took out my switch for my foglights when i replaced my carpet and the wires kept hitting and shorting out the fuse.

just remove the bulb.thats what i did. its only rear anti-lock. i dont see the need.

so the other day my headlight exploded in my housing. so i took the housing out and took out the glass and replaced the bulb. so now when i replaced the bulb the fuse was burnt out. so i replaced the fuse and it will work for a little while and then burn out when i switch my high-beams. only sometimes though. can i use header wrap on the part under my floor for now on?

its a rust hole and this happened 2 hours ago so i didnt get a great look

so i was driving my truck and all of a sudden i smelled burning and i pulled over and saw nothing. so i kept driving and all of a sudden my feet were on fire from my carpet burning! i didnt get burned that badly but it was some scary @!*%t. i looked into it and theres a hole on my floor. its not to bad but any advice on a used carpet and floor repair??

yeah thats pretty true. also chech the normal signs of a worn out belt too

alright my problem is that when i start the truck theres no tick then once it warms up it will start ticking. any ideas?

ok so any advive on plugs? also i ordered some bosch wires and a cap and rotor. i gave been putting shell v-power in it since i got it and im lucky to get 225 miles to a full tank. so i think its time for this tune-up. also can cracked manifolds kill my mpg's too?

so i ordered 12 lifters and 6 rocker arms. what else should i get?

So im deciding to do a tune up to my pathfinder. so far i have a fuel filter, k&n air filter, bosch o2 sensor. 6 ngk-ix-iridium spark plugs. what else should i buy. money is not an issue cause i got a $250 gift card for autozone.

Let us know how it turned out. If not i have an extra vg30e in my basement that someone pulled from harrys u-pull-it and never paid for it. i was planing on tearing it apart and rebuilding it. Hell for $80 who could pass up a motor with 92k miles on it.

ahh i really want this lift doneee. i will pay and anyone who can help me and im willing to travel.
