  1. I saw the clip also about the SASing of a Pathfinder. That will be awsome to see. Especially if Calmini is coming out with a kit. Though I rememeber someone on AC board that had a kit come apart on them in a Frontier. I hope the show welds everthing! I too emailed the show and asked them to expand thier projects instead of the same old jeep and big truck stuff. See, some shows do listen to thier audience! Oh, its a future episode. Just keep an eye on powerblocktv.com.
  2. Ok, all NW guys and gals, I just found out that we are having a car show of all nissans tomorrow, 10/7/06! It will be here at Olympia Nissan. I know this is short notice. It is being held in cooperation with NICO car clubs. I know I will try and be here. You can check the link below for more info from their site... http://forums.nicoclub.com/zerothread/198011 If I find out more, I will post asap!
  3. PM me, maybe you can come down to Oly and check my lift out. Maybe I can let you drive it to see how it all feels. Or just see it and know what it looks like!
  4. Here you go boys and girls. Maybe we should be looking at ourselves.... http://www.freshalloy.com/site/features/op...002/default.asp Personally I had enough of domestic vehicles. Its just the same ol' crap recycled very couple of years. The only domestic vehicle that does anything for me is the new mustang. If Nissan got together with a domestic, would we get some throwback nissan designs? Or would our car line suffer and go away? (remember oldsmobile?) Guess we just have to wait and see.
  5. I believe that they will work, but I think the harness is a different length and the connectors might be different.
  6. sorry, I misunderstood what you were asking . Ok, the two exhaust systems should be the same. The factory stuff is pretty much garbage. #4 in your pic the called the Precatalyst, And yes there is two of them. They are bolted directly to the back of the exhaust manifold. If you had them replaced, that could not of been cheap! The downpipes should be ok. You resenator just changes the tone of the exhaust, like a second muffler. I think Spenser Low racing makes a header, but Im not sure. Hope that helped. There are a lot of exhaust topics in here so, do some searching and go with what you like.
  7. The dual tips look nice, kind of a rounded square look. The tone is really low at idle, but has a nice low growl under load. He got it done at a place called Quality muffer here in Olympia. I think it looks pretty good. I figured I would link the other guy over here thinking he would understand to just have a new system welded in. Once upon a time, there was a bolt on system from HKS, but I cant find it anymore. Search, then shop around. I will have to take some pics of my brothers exhaust and post it.
  8. Check this out... http://www.nissanpathfinders.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=10913
  9. Gee, why not put a pinto body on that frame!
  10. Welcome! Hows the wheelin down there?
  11. I just finished bidding on one of those last night! It finally sold for $52.01, and not to me. I think some just tried to find out how much people would pay for it. I cna see $50, but noit starting at $79.99! It would be a fun item to have though.
  12. IF you buy it new, some places wont let you return it if its opened and used. Double check thier return policy! Also, double check your brake switch and make sure its working correctly. Here is a nissan tip... Service Information: Many of the Nissan and Infiniti ASCD (Cruise Control) systems power the ASCD actuator through the brake or clutch switch. Any symptom that seems to be caused by the actuator may have the brake or clutch switch as the issue. Such symptoms could be the ASCD not engaging, causing the ASCD light to flash, or storing a low voltage code. Refer to the appropriate Service Manual section to determine if the actuator power is routed through either of these switches. If it is, check the switch first. 13. IF the speedo itself is failing it will do the same thing. The VSS signal goes through the speed then to the ecm. I would pull out the VSS, hook up a voltmeter, adn check the signal. Or swap with someone how has a good one. Dont want to buy 2 expensive parts do we?
  14. see this......... http://www.nissanperformancemag.com/july04/pathfinder/
  15. Here is a little something I figured some would enjoy reading. Its an old project, but some good info. For those who are new or not quite mechanically inclined, these mods and parts are not the only choice, just expamples. And believe me, there are cheaper ways. I just thought this would be good info. Enjoy! http://www.nissanperformancemag.com/projects/pathfinder.php
  16. Ok, inthe newest catalog, this is what it reads with the same part numbers- Euro spec R & L headlamp assemblies, includes 55/60w H4 bulb. In the older catalog, it reads this for the same part numbers- These pathfinder/WD21 Euro headlamps have an improved lens assembly for increased lighting output. Equipped wih 60/55w bulg but will accept aoptional H4 bulbs. Wiring modifications requires. Adapter included with each lamp assy. It is suggested that you upgrade the headlamp fuse by 5A. Availibel bulbs are...100/80w...130/90w....140/100w.
  17. Sound like what the newer tranmissions will do when they overheat. I would double check the fluid and make sure its ok, color and smell. I can check the manual tomorrow for anything like that.
  18. I will write down the specs from the catalog tomorrow. No, I have never seen anyone with them installed, but I have heard through the forums of people who have them. Maybe its poll time to find out who has them and how they work! Oh yeah, and the woman that works in our parts department is way better than at what she does than at least 2 other guys. She will at least come out to the techs and admit she has no idea what something is and ask for help.
  19. ROFLMAO!!! He is the best example of a "Dee Dee Dee" I have ever seen!
  20. Thats is whats in my nissan computer here at work. If you like, our parts web address is Nissanparts.cc. Of course there is tax and stuff. I looked it up myself so im pretty sure. The struts are priced per each, not a pair.
  21. B6060-88G00- $150 B6010-88G00- $150 90450-41G12- $65.32 Those are the suggested retail prices from nissan.
  22. Its just another stunt to get the sporting world to look at him. Nevermind that he hasnt done much for the Cowboys yet.
  23. Probable a coin in the track. I see it all the time. Unbolt seat, remove from vehicle, flip upside down and try to slide track back and fourth. When it stops, inspect and remove. Pliers and a screwdriver, maybe cutting dikes.

Here is a quick pick of the filter. And I was wrong, the nipple on the adapter is on my brothers 99QX4.
