  1. ya my needle does the exact thing, but only the one for the speedo
  2. having a similar issue, everything else on the panel works right but the speedo doesnt move at idle or once i get moving, occasionally for no reason at all it will pop up to whatever i'm currently going then sit there, and if i come to a stop lag downward at any given rate.
  3. check your spark plugs lately, first thing that comes to mind for me.
  4. dont hate on the s2k actually a buddy of mines car but i can wish
  5. I was gonna suggest that you do ur timing belt since it's going to have to come off anyways, but your already ahead of the ball game. just make sure you dont do the tensioner too tight, or ur gonna have to reset it (sucks to have to pull everything off again when u hear the noise)
  6. i just had a similar problem about a month ago, replaced the water pump and *walla* leak fixed
  7. So cruising around town and found this beauty on the road......GIT R DONE
  8. guess i'll be popping into nissan to find a pair of these, managed to snap my passengers side one, not sure how long it was there, didnt find it till after i put on the suspension lift, nasty hanging bugger managed to rub onto my steering stabilizer, nice little dentage
  9. well i had replaced the cv axle thinking the clunking was because of that, so once i put the new axle on also got locking hubs while i was at it, so it's all fresh hubs over the auto, but the fact that it only does it in 4wd and not 2wd has me worried, but i'll jack it up and take a look
  10. So was having a weird clunking/dipping reaction on the drivers side only from my 4wd whenever i would try and go to the left, thought it had something to do with my blown cv joint on that side, replaced. Now i thought i'd try again and it is still doing it, i am able to turn right and move, or move forward center and get nothing wrong, but minute i attempt to go towards the left i get a weird clunking sound and dipping motion from drivers side. I am able to move perfectly normal in 2wd, left right foward, doesn't matter. don't have anyone able to drive my truck and let me watch yet, but any ideas what it might be before hand?
  11. Thorley have a price on shipping on top of that and is this the style to fit 86.5/87 with 3in body and 3in susp? I wanna do it but need to wait till may for my 'stimulative growth check' hehe
  12. finally getting around to it, are you referring to the tightening of the belt itself (allen wrench) , or the nut holding the tensioner pulley?
  13. Thought i'd throw this up here when i was doin my monthly search through all the ebay junk, maybe one yall can fit this, seems like a decent price. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Grille-Bump...sspagenameZWDVW
  14. @!*% could be possible, any special rule of thumb for that?
