  1. Now where do I find that front bumper!
  2. Welcome! I would sure love to get a 2-door!
  3. Hmmm easy one.... i got the old family car.... a 1973 Datsun 510 wagon with 500k on the clock.... I miss that car, as a month after getting it I flipped it!
  4. not to hi-jack, but will the quest/villager 130 amp alt work on the pathy as well? I did that on the frontier i had previously.
  5. Is their a link to this. I may have someone that can do it.
  6. good sugestion! will try that and changing the fluid.
  7. You are right on on the Spirited driving, if i dont let off it will run up the the rev limiter if i let it. as soon as i back out of it it shifts (let off the peddle that is). As for the maint on the tranny, I was leaning towards changing the fluid, just havent had a chance. (not sure when the last maint was done on it... But it is parked at the moment till I get a chance to look into the probs!) Pathy has a new Radiator it at the moment, but I intend to put a after market cooler on.
  8. Ok, I have looked threw many topics, and still haven't found the problems that I have with mine. May have missed it though! Problems are: 1st: Going down the road with spirited driving, the tranny doesn't always shift.... if you let off a bit, she will go ahead and shift. Any ideas? 2nd: With pathy cold, if you shift into reverse, she shudders but does move. But, if she is warmed up, she does just fine. Hopefully I'm not getting ready to have to put a tranny in, but if I do, I will!
  9. those also came in metal as well. I agree that the plastic ones dont work as well.
  10. The Jeep FC has been around since the 50's.... here is a cool ad:
  11. About 30 miles each way here, but dont have to make it but once every 12-14 days!
  12. Replaced the Thermostat..... would love to strangle the engineer that put it where it is at!
  13. Cleaned out the HVAC system from all the leaves. Mounted the clip holder for my CB/mic
  14. Put new plug wires on the beast.... after the # 6 one started to arc! (3 & 5 had done it already) Oh yeah, also tightened the fuel line claps on the line between the rails! That would have been a bad mix.... fuel and an arrant spark.... could have had a flame paint job! LOL
