  1. Thanks! I'll be posting up a writeup when I get all the pics together Video will also be on the way after new years
  2. Thanks guys! It's actually been getting revamped / building what will be offered as the Rugged Rocks 3-Link SAS kit on 14" Travel Sway-a-way coil overs!! I have tons of pics and the a few threads on building the truck on the RR Forum however they are incomplete at this time and I have a lot of catching up to do . I'll also be rolling this all into one large article. The new front axle is a Diamond H233B w/ D60 Kingpin Outters running an LSD and 5.57 gears on 37" Tires on Allied 17" Beadlocks. https://ruggedrocksoffroad.com/nissan-h233b-front-axle-housing-by-diamond-axle-p-36077.html The rear is Still running the RR 4-Link kit as it has been for the last few years.. it's been awesome.
  3. It's finally back on all 4 wheels!
  4. Started assembling the hubs and brakes on the diamond front axle. Almost time to hit the trail again! Sent from my Desire HD using Tapatalk 2

  6. Woah this thread got way more complicated than it needs to be. Simple math fellas. (Stock Tire Diameter)/(Stock Gear Ratio) = (New Tire Diameter)/(New Gear Ratio) Just a little cross multiplication will do the trick. OR Throw all that math out the window and take it from me. For a DD on 33's with an Auto Trans, Run 4.9's For a DD on 33's with Manual Trans, Run 4.63's -You will get better gas mileage on the highway with this as it will slightly lower your RPM's at highway speeds. I was getting 21MPG Hwy in the Pathfinder on 35's and 4.9's w/ manual trans.
  7. XP was good, 7 is Great, Vista is junk and 8 is stupid.
  8. The Diamond axle Re-SAS is almost done!

  16. Arb sent out a press release a few years ago and there is a video on YouTube somewhere comparing the 2. I also used to get emails from China all the time from them trying to sell them to me but bottom line is they are just that. A Chinese knockoff..= crap. I highly recommend a selectable locker. Save up and get an ARB for the front. TJM offers one for the rear which is slightly cheaper.so consider that if anything else. Sent from my Desire HD using Tapatalk 2
  17. RedPath88, thanks for revisiting this situation again with the mod team. I totally understand where you're coming from in not wanting the boards cluttered with ads but I'm sure there is some sort of middle road compromise solution that would keep NPORA members happy as well as include non-intrusive ad space for vendors that are trying push this niche market forward. Please keep me in the loop on this subject and feel free to give me a ring, shoot me an e-mail or heck even come knock on my door if something changes. 909-547-4651
  18. ok cool thanks guys. Well, Although we've got the vendor section of the boards in here now I feel that it would be beneficial to have site sponsors not just for monetary support for the board but to help out nissan parts vendors like myself. Selling parts to the nissan community is a niche market and it's difficult to advertise. we're limited on options of places to advertise that would reach our customers. Otherwise the only other option we have is to stay active on the board all the time, not that I don't want to stay active on the board but there just simply isn't always something going on that's worth talking about not to mention all the other boards that people like myself would have to keep up on all the time which would be a full time job in itself. NPORA is a great board and I've got some great supporters here, I just wish I could kick NPORA some cash and get a banner ad.
  19. Thanks Simon, So who actually owns it these days? like who's fronting the bill to keep it alive?
  20. I've been a little out of the loop in recent times but... who owns NPORA now? who are the main admins? Thanks!
