Redesigned as in struts that no longer top out?!

I was gonna do this to get rid of those nasty holes, but was unsure of a few things. How did you mount the top corner of the bumper after you trimmed the fender? From what I remember the bumper is attached to the fender, I could be wrong though. Also what did you use to cut/did you need to take the fender off? Looks really good by the way

From what I remember you have to pinch them from the inside of the fender. You might have to remove some fender liner. Not too positive on that though

^ This happened to me when I changed my rear brakes. I thought it was not bled properly but then I adjusted them and it was nice and tight. However if the parking brake feels normal to you or feels like it always has then I don't think its the brakes.

Do you know if the motor mounts are in good condition?

Everything you're going to install can be treated as replacement stock parts. The only things that make up the lift are the springs. So everything that needs to be taken off and put on can be found with diagrams and how to's in the FSM. I used a Haynes Manual. If you have that or can get it at a nearby auto store, I would suggest using it. It helps a lot. If you have any questions while doing the lift, just post it up here and someone will answer!

That's the same noise mine was making, except it made the noise when the AC was off also. If the sounds bothers you, then take off the belt. If it doesn't then I'd suggest buying a new compressor. I am dealing with the same thing right now and from research I found out its harder to change the clutch over the whole compressor, and doing the whole thing will last you longer. I'm saving up for a new compressor now, it sucks

Alright, I just took the AC belt off. Just double checking again, it's definitely okay to drive without the belt? I might not get around to buying a new compressor until about a month or so.

Yeah, I had a shop put in a new compressor right when I bought the truck when I knew little to nothing about cars. That was only a year and a half ago, so they definitely put in a cheap part! I'll probably be going with OEM

I think I'm going to replace the whole compressor. After some research it seems like just replacing the clutch is more work then swapping out the whole compressor.

Okay, looks like I'll be taking it off for about two weeks until I buy the clutch. It can be off for that long, correct?
