  1. Try Cabela's, I know they have some universal fit seat covers that look pretty cool. Link: Cabela's
  2. What I mean is, for anyone who has the Bose 6 CD changer, can you replace that with a CD changer compatible with an new CD player?
  3. I've also been thinking of replacing the 6 disc CD changer; if I were to go with the Panasonic radio, would the CD changers they sell fit into the space where my Bose one is?
  4. Thanks for the pics; and that is almost the exact radio I was looking at. What model is the one in the Xterra?
  5. I know there are tons of pictures, but I wanted to see what people did with the extra space when you put in a smaller radio. What I'm asking is if I got it installed at best buy, would there be just a big space, or could they put a storage tray there?
  6. The rack does move the car when I move it, so it is obviously tightly attached to the crossbars. The place where it is squeaking is on the factory crossbars. Also, I have checked to make sure that the crossbars are tightly fastened in the rails that run up and down the roof (if that makes sense ). This is not my truck, but it has the same roof rails. I will try to figure out how to post pictures of my pathfinder tomorrow. Somebody's car (look at the roof rails)
  7. That's what I was wondering myself. It's not the bolt's or anything that would need lubing that is doing the squeaking, it's the factory crossbars. Someone on the AC board said that he tied his down to the bars, which is what I'll try to do.
  8. I think you know where I stand on the SEC issue. -bounce-
  9. Thanks, I will try all of this and see if I can find the problem. ...we'll see how Georgia does without Shockley...
  10. I have a yakima roof rack, and have been noticing an annoying squeaking sound coming from the roof. Not only is the noise audible on the trail, but also on the road. I was just wondering if this is the yakima rack, or the car's crossbars. If anyone knows how to fix this, your input is deeply appreciated!
  11. Well as stated before, they are very fragile. I would recommend that you do take them off, and not be like me, who had one torn off and a tire busted all from the running board. :furious:
  12. I'll probably end up going with a flowmaster dual exhaust , so I can get more power, and better mpg.
  13. In response to the question, what I am interested in is something that rumbles, but is not loud, and at the same time, sounds nice. What I actually figured out today was that on his Tundra, he has a glass pack, as well as dual exhaust. His is not too loud at all, which is really what I am looking for. I guess what I'm asking is if I put dual exhaust and a glass pack on my 3.5L V6, would my Pathfinder sound similar to his truck's V8?
  14. From what I'm reading, magnaflows are quieter in the cab than flowmasters?
