  1. My pathy was a daily driver and I went wheeling in it all the time Of course once I bring it back from the dead I will be wheeling it waaay harder
  2. We used to go twice a year or so, but since my truck has been non-op there haven't been many local meet ups. I would be down to ride shotgun with Enjoi if he wants to go. I'll ask him next time I see him.
  3. Yeah all of us Cali folks post in the Southwest States. Because Geographically speaking California is a Southwest state, no matter what we'd like to think
  4. Pezzy was actually referring to Automotive Customers (around here we refer to them as AC or 4x4parts) http://www.4x4parts.com/catalog/ They specialize in Nissan trucks/SUV's Four Wheel Parts (http://www.4wheelparts.com/ ) is generally a terrible store and I'd only go to them for non specific type parts (tow straps, lights, tires, etc) Welcome to the forums! I haven't had the chance to go down to Mexico yet, and now that you need a passport... well lets just say I probably won't have the finances to make that trip for a while
  5. Pathfinder's come with that size tire, silly! Just select 1989 Pathfinder SE Their selection isn't that great though Michelin LTX (too expensive), BFG Rugged Trail (OK but way better AT's can be found for way less), and BFG AT T/A KO. The AT's are the best bet and with free shipping their price ($159 each) is hard to beat.
  6. Very cool! Too bad it's a Chrysler though
  7. Seriously, what was that security officer thinking? Every police officer I have ever talked to (or I suppose been talked to by) would never recommend for you to wait in your vehicle if there was a safe shoulder available Glad to hear you're all right! Do go to the doctor though, a lot of the injuries you sustain in those type of accidents don't immediately start to hurt. They can take a while to crop up.
  8. OK then I know what the problem is Your truck is cursed Seems you've probably thought of everything I could think of. A short in the wiring maybe? Bad replacement fuel injector?
  9. This would be tough, but see if maybe it's your ECU? Don't know if that would be possible unless you have a parts truck, or know somebody who would be willing to loan you their ECU for a while. Maybe B's parts truck? I'd let you use mine but well you know TBI vs MPFI
  10. Awesome truck man! As for your rear suspension issue, I'm not sure. Ladder bars maybe? But I've heard that they're hard to set up
  11. I'll admit that's a difficult thread to find with just the search tool That thread though is stickied in the How To section, I just clicked to it Go through that section, there's a lot of cool information there!
  12. http://www.maurerail.com/asp/auctionlist.asp?iano=358 Do a page search on that link for 1056e Looks like one sold for $250 Don't know if that's an accurate appraisal though I do know that all lionel trains made pre-war carry a high collectors value, I think they were made out of better materials then maybe?
  13. http://www.nissanpathfinders.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=18
  14. Well besides the aftermarket support why would you want a D44 over the H223B?
  15. OK take a look at my avatar. Good. Now click this link http://www.nissanpathfinders.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=13814 This link was at the very top of the section you made this thread in. Go ahead and click this link too http://www.nissanpathfinders.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=20711 That is also very easy to find, it's at the top of the garage section. These should hopefully answer any questions you might have. Look around the site there's plenty more information on just about any topic you'll need help with
  16. Easy They hotwire the car take it home wait 6 months or so and try to sell it saying "Whoops I ain't got no title, but don't worry it's easy to get a replacement!"
  17. My 88 had a Firestone mini-spare, so Firestones for 88 I guess
  18. If the filter you got didn't have the gasket around the edge you probably got the wrong filter Did you get a Napa Gold, or did you get their cheapo filter?
  19. I really wish I could make it But the way things are going for me it's going to be a long time before my Pathy is running again
  20. I'v got a better link! http://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/cto/1638588030.html
  21. The only thing I have to say about that is, I'm glad I live in California!
  22. You can angle the front seats up too! That one surprised me the most. I have yet to figure out a use for it though, I guess it's kind of nice when you have the seat back reclined and want to angle your knees up a bit
