  1. my opinion is that is your looking for something loud go for the glasspack it's cheap and effective but if you want a good sounding low rumble go with something like a flowmaster 40 series muffler and if you have the money maybe headers but thats just my opinion
  2. I am running double glasspacks right now, one in place of my stcok muffler and the second in place of the cat. it may not have been the best of choices for exuast but its loud. When its revved around 2 or 3000 rpms it sound good, much louder and deeper than stock and when you really put the pedal down it sounds a little like a rice burner but it's loud. The only thing i would want to change is when the engine is coming down and coughs a little probably because of the so little amount of backpressure.
  3. this may be a stupid question but im gonna go ahead and say it anyway...would it be safe for my engine to replace my cat with a glasspack? would it sound better, give me more power because of less restiction? i already have a glasspack replacing my muffler i think somebody has done this on this site before...sorry i dont know much about it and i dont want to mess up my engine
  4. hey i have been trying to find JGC coils or the ford coils so i can get three inches in the rear and i cant find them anywhere at any junkyards around me. No one wants to take them off and sell them so if anyone has a pair that i could buy off them please let me know...my rear is really sagging! Thanks
  5. o yea and denis it will constantly ivbrate and stay at low rpm's until i put my foot down on the accelerator
  6. its really a pest because whenever i get to around 2,000 rpm it drops down and stays there and then vibrates and slows down until i put my foot down almost to the floor so basically i cant just cruise along at 2000 rpm's or it will drop like i said and it does this at all speeds thanks again for the help and im not to familar with tranny's so all these "chater lock ups" and stuff like that im not to sure what it means i just wanna find away to fix it but hey im using this as a learning experience so thanks
  7. thanks for your help denis and as for everyone else's questions my pathy is a 94 with 113,000 miles and automatic tranny and umm it does it at basically all speeds its more like a vibrate than anything else and ummm i think it might have something to do with putting the glasspack on? could that be it thanks
  8. ok so im going down the road and my car shifts gears normally then at about 2000 RPM's it drops to about 1500 and the car shakes a little and the needle wont move until my foot is almost down to the floor and then it jumps back up. My pathy does this constantly and its really annoying? it seems to me that it might be my tranny slipping but im not sure if anyone knows or if this has happened to them any help would be appreciated thanks
  9. hey people I finally got my 31's and my Piaa's and my glasspack and more crap but now i have a leak in my gas tank and where i live there are not many junkyards with my year Pathy. If anyone has an extra gas tank that they would like to sell or if they know where i could get one cheap?, any help will be appreciated! P.S. Gas Prices Suck
  10. im ordering a glasspack but lost my manual and im too lazy to figure out the exhaust diameter at the muffler i would appreciate the help the year is a 1994 XE 4WD
  11. ive been looking for this page for a while now and for some reason i cant find it. im going to adjust the torsion bars and then reindex them but i dont have a clue how to do it so if anyone knows the page with all that imformation i would appreciate it Thanks
  12. I know there is 4 inch suspension lifts for different vehicles but do they make them for pathfinders or maybe even 3 1/2 inch lift. I just want to be sure my 32's will fit without rubbing. Thanks
  13. i have a 94 pathy and im installing a amp and 10's but i cant find my manual so i dont know what color the remote wire is in the back of the cd player...anybody know? Thanks

  17. i just bought my pathy and found out the hard way that there was an alarm. Did pathy at my year come stock with an alarm because the on/off part of it is in the center console and it seems like it may be stock. I was wondering if anyone here new wear i could get a remote for it i checked the search function but still couldnt find what i needed thanks

  21. Im the average high school kid, i dont have much money and i want to have a halfway decent pathy. I want to fit 31's and im gonna take off the fender flairs but i want a little more lift just to make sure theres room? Im was going to put one hockey puck on each rear side as a spacer and it should give me about and inch or a little more? how safe is this technique and is it worth it if im putting 31's on? thanks for your help feel free to give me any suggestions im a newbie
  22. Im looking everywhere online for a 3inch body lift for my 94 pathy but all i find is 86-90 years why is that? where can i find a kit for my year and what brand is best. If anyone could give me a website or something that would be great!
  23. alright thanks im just gonna take off the fenders but would stronger coils and cranking the torsion bar give me enough lift?
  24. Im trying to figure out the best way to get 32's on my Pathy. Im a new driver and short on cash so im trying to see if theres another way to make room for 32's seeing it cant be that much if i can fit 31's on stock. Could i maybe get stronger coils or something to get that extra lift? Thanks a lot
  25. ok dont get mad at me if this is a repeated question but im still a little confused with the t-bars concept. im getting 31*10.50 and it might rub a little so uping the t-bars will stop that right? does the t-bars up the front and the back? sorry im a new driver and pathy owner
