Can some one explain to me how you bench bleed a master cylinder. I have looked in the fsm but I am still a little lost. From what I understand you fill the MC with fluid while the plug the holes going to the brake lines. But that is where I am lost, how are you supposed to bleed it when the holes are plugged? So if someone could explain how you do this, it would be really helpful. Thanks, Trenton

Okay, I poped the fuse back in and it stopped, but then when I tried to turn it on and off again it would just stay on.tried a couple of times with the same outcome. This weekend Im gonna take off the panel and see if everything has good connections. I looked on the fsm and there is a "amplifier" back there. Thanks all for the help guys!

I would check the fuel filter and definitely the cat.

Thanks. Do you know where the relay is located?

Yesterday, I started my car and the rear wiper started going, even though it was turned off. I turned it on and off and it stopped, but after driving for a little bit it started going again, no matter what the switch was on. The only way for me to get it to stop was to pull the fuse. So I correct in thinking that its the switch thats bad? Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks.

A few days ago I went into an americas tire store comparing prices, I also found some wheels. I have 31"s and 15" rims. But when I went to talk to the guy at the counter he told me that they make almost no wheels in a 15". He told me that I should go with a 16" wheel and a set of p265 tires. he claimed that they are the same size tire, they just have a bigger hole for the wheel. So is he telling the truth, or was he just trying to sell me stuff. Also, I have looked other places, and there does seem to be preference towards 16" wheels? Thanks, Trenton

okay this might be a stupid question but I am planing on changing my rear diff oil, but when I looked in my haynes repair manual it says "H190" or "C200". I have a 92 pathfinder 4wd. Could someone please tell me what kind of diff I have or how to find out? Thanks

Thanks for the info, I thought it was the master cylinder. Just wanted to make sure.

So I am leaking brake fluid and it looks like it is coming out between the master cylinder, and the brake booster. Is there any way of know what I need to replace? Is there a gasket inbetween? I will try to upload a pic later. Thanks.

ABS light and E-brake light lights up?
trenton163 replied to onefast87's topic in 90-95 WD21 Pathfinders
He is right the same thing happens to mine, all I do is top it off with brake fluid. And your ABS should still be working. You probably have a leak somewhere. I just don't have the time or money to fix mine. -
even when I try to swith it on manually it wont come on, and the rear cargo light comes on.

My fuel gauge only shows 3/4 full when I fill it up, and once I use a half tank it just stips registering at all. I thought it was the voltage regulator. But your symptoms sound more like mine. Do you think that this is what is wrong with mine? -

It had beend happening randomly for about a month, then about two weeks ago it just stopped working altogether. I tried replacing the bulb but it still won't come on. Does anyone have any idea what the problem is?

Mine does something similar, sometimes when I back up it shakes a little but I am able to move back, I just had my tranny rebuilt so I don't think that thats it, maybe the rear diff? Hope this helps

This is my setup. [ img][/img] The roof rack was custom-made my my friend and I, and the lights are procomps that I got from 4wheel parts ( I think that they were like $40 each). I also had them installed at 4wheel parts, I don't remember the price though. Hope this helps.

Sorry to hear about your experience, that sucks. I live about an hour away from them and one time(a few years ago) I went to check it out and ask for a catalog.I have yet to get my catalog and they just didn't seem to know what they were doing. I was looking into there products before but now I'm never gonna buy from them.

So My rpm gauge dies while running, I let it sit for awhile and it works again? It's fine for a few weeks and then it happens again. Has this happened to anybody else? Any ideas on what I should do to fix it? Thanks
