  1. 207,000 no rebuild...and running and cranky!!!!
  2. Seafoam my engine, had a loud lifter ticking. NOT anymore!!! I love SEAFOAM!
  3. Thanks for the info!!!! I'm on the HUNT!
  4. Ok, I'm hearing the HD auto transmission...My question is where is this HD auto transmission coming out of so I can get one for a spare tranny?
  5. Got the same problem, guess I better try Seafoam...
  6. My truck did that once, and I found the wires on the positive side of the battery was kinda loose. One of them was feeding one side of the headlights. I have a 90 Pathy if that helps.
  7. Took out my headlight switch and cleaned out the contacts so it would work properly...
  8. I'm going the buy a new one route,I priced one at AutoZone for $56. Thanks, bro.
  9. Welcome bro, I'm also in North Carolina and no they do not check the rear wiper for being operational. Just make just they are in good shape. For a 1997 I believe they will plug into your vechicle's computer,so if you have any codes stored in the computer you need to disconnected the battery for 30 mins(I.M.O.) to clear all codes. They also check the high/low headlights, your left and right blinkers front and back. Your front wipers need to be in good shape, no broken light lens, ie....foglights,headlights,turn signal lights and brake lights.. You need to have good tires of course, and make sure your air filter is good. These are some of the things they look for when they inspect my rig, the only thing they don't do on mine is hook up the vehicle's computer because its a 90 model. I hope this helps some.
  10. I have the exact same problem, driver side high beam not working. This problem just started a couple weeks ago. I can move the headlight switch toggle forward before its in the locked hi beam position and both light are on. I think my problem is a bad headlight switch. What do you guys think?
  11. Wow, thanks guys.. I see this is not a 2-3 hour job.YEAH!!!
  12. The bottom of the truck is always wet also it fall on the exhaust pipe causing it to smoke.
