  1. Damn gremlins !!! Pulled pump and works fine on the bench! Test the plug and got 12.3V ? Reinstall pump and it starts up like there was no problem . Pulled it out and let it run to temp. Ran it around My 11 acres tested the 4x4 and made sure it will shift through all the gears .It all seems fine? I should have the glass by fri . I still need a hood if anyone has one and I will charge up the AC tomorrow. It will be looking for a new home so I will list it here first.

  2. +1 on timken and using a brass punch/rod to knock the races out. I used the old races and big sockets to hammer the new races in. Pretty cheap on rockauto, think I paid around $80 for all four.

  3. A common way people have broken loose the bolt is to use a long breaker bar and have it on the bolt with the handle wedged against the frame. With the coil disconnected, bump the starter and let the starter motor do the hard work. I use an air wrench myself. If you have a manual trans, you can set the brake and/or chock the wheels. Put the trans in an upper gear like 4th and should be able to break it loose with a long handle. Once you get the bolt out, you will need a bolt type puller and a couple of long 6mm 1.0 thread about 80mm long bolts to attach the puller to the pulley hub. I hope you have the radiator and condenser out, that gives more room but also helps prevent damage to them.
